The CEO and founder of Faith Spring Investments is Ms Malebogo Kgamule a very skilled female Engineer with more than 20 years’ experience in the maintenance and management of medical Equipment in the Hospital setting. Ms Kgamule worked in Princess Marina and Scottish Livingstone Hospitals both as a field worker and team manager. Additional to her technical work she also worked in the procurement environment (Central medical stores) for three (3) years where procured medical consumables and medical devices.

Ms Kgamule did her Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical and Electronics (BENGE) where she demonstrated her Biomedical abilities by using Matlab programming language to design software for malaria diagnosis. Her algorithm managed to read and analyze a blood sample image, counting the total number of blood cells separating white and red blood cells and count them separately and finally Identifying and counting the red blood cells which were infected with malaria parasites. One of the projects Ms Kgamule did while at University of Botswana was the design of electro magnet.

At Princess Marina hospital Ms Kgamule worked with Suppler when installation of the angiography machine was being carried out. She was a focal person in the radiology department where she supervised all contractors working on radiology equipment. She was later appointed as Head of Department in the Biomedical Engineering Department the position she also held in Scottish Livingstone Hospital.

Ms Kgamule is registered with Botswana Health Professionals Council( BHPC) under the Biomedical Engineering category, She holds Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical and Electronics (BENGE) from University of Botswana(UB), City & guilds Telecommunication Certificate Part 2 from Botswana Polytechnic ( diploma Equivalent).
